REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY
Refund policy:
We accept all returns and exchanges please contact us at thetopknott1km@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. You will be required to ship back the purchased item with a tracking number, at your own expense, within 3 days of requesting a refund. The following items can’t be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Digital downloads
• Items on sale for all return costs.
All customers are responsible for all return costs. All items returned must be in its original condition when it was received, all items returned must include a tracking number, the buyer is responsible for any losses.
